For the first ten years of my career, I built products and processes at Maruti Suzuki, including two years inside Suzuki Japan’s legendary quality culture. My foundation is built on solid engineering: GD&T, CAD, cost optimization, and rigid precision.
But inside those massive corporate systems, I kept noticing a recurring pattern: Systems rarely fail because of bad engineering. They fail because of bad leadership, fragile communication, and a profound lack of self-awareness.

So, I walked away. I left a secure career, packed a bag, and spent a year traveling solo across India. During this time, I dove deeply into intense Vipassana meditation, spending long periods in total silence. I wasn't just searching for peace; I was observing the ultimate operating system: the human mind.
That journey reshaped everything. When I returned, I didn't come back to engineering machines. I came back to engineer performance. I began delivering leadership programs, not from theory, but from the intersection of corporate accountability and internal self-mastery.
That was the genesis of IGNITEDDREAM. Today, I build the leaders who build the future.
